On this 8 week course you will try your hand at four different scripts in the beginning weeks and then choose your favourite to learn and perfect in the remaining weeks. All materials will be provided to use while we ‘test’ our scripts of choice. Bundles will be available to purchase with the correct equipment needed for your chosen script. [Anyone already completed my other calligraphy courses that want to continue with their ‘Modern calligraphy’ please book back on and I can work with you on improving your style, technique and working on individual projects].
So, if you are planning your wedding or just want to give it a go this course is perfect for you. 
Subjects covered are....
 Holding the pen and getting the nib angle correct. Basic exercises and letter structure 
 Continuity and smooth, even flow of letters. Understand the difference between ink and metallic paints. 
 Understand design and layout to begin making a small greeting card. Learn why calligraphy rulers and soapstone pencils are so useful as well as learning blend techniques.
 Put all your lessons together, complete all trouble shooting and create your own finished masterpiece.
